Mechanical Specification

  • Complete underfloor heating system to living areas with high density durable underfloor pipes heated from heat pumps with Hydro box system. This system is offering the future owners a low operational cost. The system also includes special polystyrene at the bottom of the underfloor pipework, a damp proof membrane, the underfloor pipework, thermal concrete on top and the concrete screed to have the floor finishes
  • Complete VRV cooling and heating system to living areas installed with ceiling concealed units to all internal areas. Temperature is controlled from each room independently from other areas. The system offers a very discreet ceiling concealed system with a very quiet and efficient operation
